As an InterNACHI Certified Inspector and NAFHAC Certified HUD 203K Consultant, Walter specializes in helping homebuyers, homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals make informed decisions with confidence. His expertise includes home inspections, HUD 203K consulting, thermal imaging, termite inspections, property condition assessments, and renovation consulting.
